History of the charity

The Junius S. Morgan Benevolent Fund was established in 1890 by policyholders of The Royal National Pension Fund for Nurses, as a memorial to one of its founders, Mr. Junius S. Morgan.  It is constituted under trust deed and its aim is to provide financial or other relief for needy practising and former members of the nursing profession.

The charity welcomes donations, large and small, and 100% of any donated funds is used to continue its work, with all administrative costs being borne by the Burdett Trust for Nursing.
