Grant policy

The Fund assists registered nurses and midwives, health care assistants in addition to retired nurses, midwives and health care assistants. The criteria for these grants has recently been extended to support third and fourth year student nurses working in the NHS.

What we can help with

  • Rent / mortgage
  • Council tax / utility bills
  • Essential decorating
  • Furniture
  • Medical equipment

The charity will not fund educational and funeral costs, respite care or nursing home fees.

The maximum amount given by the Trustees for a one-off grant is £1,500.00..
